Our manufacturing plant is designed on high tech PLC based automisation system. We use state of the art technology in manufacturing process.
The entire production facility is covered with efficient Air Handling Units and equipped with sophisticated machinery to achieve a high level of precision and accuracy.
We have provided separate AHU for dedicated area to avoid cross contamination.

QC: Quality Control
Following the Industrial Revolution and the rise of mass production, it became important to better define and control the quality of products.
To Fulfil the quality criteria, we have developed ultra-modern facilities for Quality Control Lab, with fully equipped state of the art instruments like HPLC, Stability chamber, UV Cabinet, Karl-fischer, and all other instruments require for analysing of products quality for controlling process variation as a means of producing quality products.
Micro Lab
Our Microbiology Laboratory devoted to the culturing, examination, and identification of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, yeasts, etc. We have well equipped Microbiology Lab with Air sampler, BOD Incubators, Autoclave and more Instruments to perform various test and microbial limits.
F&D Lab
The aim of our F&D is to design a quality product and its manufacturing process to consistently deliver the intended performance of the product. Our Formulation Development Laboratory has various operation and testing instrument to perform Reformulations studies, Stability studies, Physico Chemical characterization of drug substance, Qualitative and Quantitative analysis, Solubility studies, Excipients compatibility studies, Force degradation studies.
